Craft 10 m. in diameter came to rest on hillside. Short time later it flew away towards Baza, leaving yellow trail.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One object, about 40 feet across, was observed by two male witnesses briefly (Jimenez; Leyva). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: FB2: FB1 accompanied by physical evidence. Vallee reliability rating: 102: Report attributed to a known source of unknown or uncalibrated reliability; no site visit, or answer unknown; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
