Metallic blue milk-can lands 15' away, sits for 15 minutes, goes to the west. No noise.
An object was observed. Traces found. One metallic cylinder, about 2 feet across, about twenty feet away, was observed by one male military witness on a river for over 15 minutes (Linch). No sound was heard.
