In September 1959 : Euramo, Queensland, Australia 
Farmer incident.
While driving tractor, farmer saw large, brilliant cone-shaped UFO, about 10m long, hovering above cane tops, illuminating a nearby house with red-orange light. An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One red-orange cone-shaped object, about 40 feet across, was observed by one experienced male witness in a field (Menzel). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
