In Mid- 1971 18:00 San Juan de los Morros, Venezuela 
Two men in black (MIB) wore black berets, red ties. Got out of new red Mustang, 500 m away. Circular UFO rapidly descended, parabolic staircase lowered, men entered. Dipped slightly to left, shot off.
Men in black later interviewed witnesses. One changing color domed disc, about 150 feet across, was observed by two experienced male witnesses on a farm for five minutes (Arocha; De La Motta). No sound was heard. Two men in black, each wearing a black suit and beret, were seen. Hynek rating: MIB: Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 303: Reliable source, firsthand; no site visit, or answer unknown; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
