Newsman incident.
Viewed with binoculars. Luminous domed disc flies to the east. Had portholes. Bottom rotated. A hovering object was observed using optical instruments. One luminous domed disc, larger than a star, was observed by one male witness on the ocean for six seconds. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
