In Fall 1971 23:00 Podpec, Slovenia 
Radio frequency interference: transistor radio stopped playing at oval-shaped object hovered over car. UFO changed color to yellow back to red.
A hovering object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One changing color oval object, about 10 feet across, was observed by three male witnesses, typical age 40, on a highway for 18 seconds (Sinkovec).
