Pear-shaped UFO with horizontal axis: 3m long, 2.5m diameter, wider in front. Minimum distance 11m. Bright colors, green and yellow mostly, "very pretty." Abrupt turn to pass under 5Kv power line.
A hovering object was observed. Ground traces were found. One multi-colored pear-shaped object, about 10 feet across, was observed in clear weather by one female 80-year-old witness at an electric plant. A revving sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 143: Report attributed to a known source of unknown or uncalibrated reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
