Government Official incident.
Dog barked, witness stepped outside home to see delta-winged aircraft with eerie reddish glow. An object was observed. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One red delta-shaped object was observed by several male witnesses in a residential area. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
