Nautical UFO/USO. Brilliant light appeared beneath sea, rose to surface on starboard side, 1/4 above water. 80 feet long, cigar shaped, self-luminous, no protrusions, very bright, paced boat, submerged.
Unidentified submerged object. One luminous cigar-shaped object, about 80 feet across, was observed in clear weather by six male witnesses on the ocean for over four minutes (Robins). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
