1 November 1973 Evening Embrun Hwy417, Nr Ottawa, Ontario, Canada 
Ten feet diameter flashing ball of light chased car at speeds up to 100mph, followed within 15' of vehicle for about 15 miles.
An object was observed from a car. One ball, about 10 feet across, about twenty feet away, was observed by six witnesses on a highway for over ten minutes (Bouchard). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
