Man, wife and teenage son saw 30 feet saucer standing in field, two spotlights, portholes, humming sound. Dog frightened.
An object was observed. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One disc, about 40 feet across, was observed in rainy weather by three witnesses at an electric plant. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
