Inside occupants. Gun-metal gray blunt oval 25' long, rough bottom, hovered 20 feet altitude, row of revolving green lights, row of yellow windows, antenna, heads of people in windows of craft.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One gray oval object, about 40 feet across, was observed by several witnesses on a plaza briefly (Lambert). A silhouetted being was seen. Josephine Lambert and Sam Rigel looked up from a shuffleboard court to see a UFO at an altitude of "only 20 feet above the telephone poles." Gunmetal gray in color, it was shaped like a blunt oval, about 10 feet high and 25 feet wide; the underside was rough and dented. Around the circumference ran a row arched windows lit by a yellow light, with the heads of a number of "people or mannequins" visible in them; below the windows was a row of revolving green lights.
