Lloyd Lowry sights two oval discs, passed overhead in procession.
Unusual objects were sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. Two oval objects were observed by two male witnesses briefly (Lowry). Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
