"Spaceship" equipped with propeller lands (9m diameter). Pilot converses in Spanish language, message: they will colonize after we destroy, odor of sulphur.
Close encounter with a craft and its occupants. One object, about 40 feet across, was observed. One being was seen. A Martian spaceship 9 x 6 meters in size, "equipped with a powerful propeller, and made of a metal which defies gravity" landed, and the pilot engaged one of the natives in conversation in perfect Spanish. Martian cities, he said, are underground. The Martians have found Venus too hot and humid, infested with flying reptiles; they will colonize Earth after we destroy ourselves in World War III.
