Man returned to CE3 encounter site to find wallet, encountered same UFO and pilot. Claimed gun was broken by entity, "very hot at time." Investigators rated witness reliability low.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One dark disc was observed by one experienced male witness in a forest for a few seconds (Baldwin, D). A buzzing sound was heard. One olive-skinned being, wearing a black suit and helmet with goggles, was seen.
