Physiological effects, beam of light knocked down driver, radio did not work. Silver colored object 10-15m diameter landed, began glowing. two "wings" came out the sides as it landed.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Dogs barked at the object. Multiple independent witnesses. One silver disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by a group of experienced witnesses in a forest (Dusanovic; Zlatanovski).
