Fog or smoke. 11' tall man in white suit, smoke, light shining from chest pink/blue. Electric shock. Man shot up into sky.
Objects were observed. Physiological effects were noted. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants, about 10 feet across, were observed by two female witnesses on a river (Muthwa). One 11-foot-tall tall being, wearing a white suit, was seen.
