Light paced HS junior in car, stayed right in front when he sped up. Object circled, to the west over farm yard corral. two strands of wire cut and twisted into pile, several milk cows had burn spots on backs.
Physiological effects were reported. Traces found. One light was observed by one male 16-year-old witness at a ranch for over six minutes (Beer). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE5: CE4 which results in permanent psychological injuries or death.
