Shining object, 8-9' diameter, sitting 250 yards from road. Rose up and flew away great speed. two little men, 4' tall, wearing khaki, carrying sacks on backs. Ground marks.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Ground traces were found. One object, about 10 feet across, around 1500 feet away, was observed by one experienced male witness on a road for a few seconds (Senac, J). Two 4-foot-tall dwarves, each wearing a khaki suit, were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 133: Report attributed to a known source of unknown or uncalibrated reliability; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
