Low flying, flat rounded triangle/crescent shape with red, white and green lights, two antennas, approached, passed over car. White pulsated, to the west behind hill, recrossed road. Last seen as bright light to the west southwest .
A hovering object was observed. One multi-colored triangle was observed by two witnesses, a married couple, in a residential area for over 15 minutes (Clapp). A faint humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
