Bright circular object at low altitude, dogs barked furiously, electromagnetic effects, object climbed, sped away.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One elliptical was observed by four witnesses in a town for over three minutes (Duberstein). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
