USN Ship incident. Explanation: Satellite.
Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually. Four objects were observed by 12 military witnesses in a warship for eight minutes. Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 423: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visited by persons familiar with the phenomena; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
