Electromagnetic effect: watch, Radio frequency interference. Orange ball paces car, small blue lights exit and go all directions. Watch and radio EM.
Objects were observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Several orange balls were observed by three witnesses, typical age 27, on a highway for 30 minutes (O'Brien).
