Silvery cigar s light orange streak 2/3 of the way to top for its entire length. Went into a cloud, causing a sparkling light to emanate from cloud, did not emerge.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. One silver cigar-shaped object was observed by two male witnesses, one of them an experienced observor, on a highway for two minutes (Leary, W).
