9575 TSU, Weather Observers incident.
From zenith to hoizon in 7 seconds (13 deg/sec), could not be tracked with theodolite. Circular with short trail, flat-white color, similar sighting same place next day (2 observers). A flying disc was observed. One white circular object was observed by several male military witnesses, typical age 29, on a river for six seconds (Diggs). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 422: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visited by persons familiar with the phenomena; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
