Red lit objects seen for 12 minutes, disappear when landing lights turned on.
Objects were observed. They moved with a falling-leaf motion. Several red lights were observed by one witness in a city for over 12 minutes (Halstead). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
