Saucer descends, lands nearby, 3.5' tall being emerged. It was "greenish" with hair covered with green lights, "looking like a toad." Boy fled, light shone on him.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One object was observed by one male 15-year-old witness at a house (Martinez; Nunes; San Roman Nunez). One 3.5-foot-tall amphibian-like being was seen. Alberto San Roman, a 15-year old boy was on the roof of his home when he saw a saucer shaped UFO land nearby and a strange being, 3/5 ft tall, emerge, it was "a greenish" entity "with hair all covered with green lights, and looking like a toad." As the boy fled, a red light was shone on him; then the object flew away toward the sea. Police later found circular marks on the roof.
