15 June 1964 : Arica 20Km, Chile 
Miner driving car saw strange machine land, 10 feet long x 3.5' wide. two fair-skinned men emerged, spoke Spanish and English, asked for water.
An object was seen that departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One object, about 10 feet across, was observed by one male witness in a desert (Donoso). Two 5.4-foot-tall nordic beings were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE4: The witness has been abducted.
