17-yr-old motorcyclist encountered very tall being, melon shaped head, long white hair, three eyes. Engine died. Footprints. Luminous UFO flew over.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Traces found. Multiple independent witnesses. One luminous light was observed by one male 17-year-old witness on a road.
