17 targets followed for 80 minutes. Anom Prop ruled out by witnesses. Outbound B-52, hard targets but no visual contact. First blip on collision, slowed, turned to the east, accelerated 2000mph. Some targets hovered. Explanation: AnomProp.
Objects were tracked by radar. 17 objects were observed in clear weather by several witnesses in a warplane for 80 minutes (Burns, M V).
