Trans-Texas Airline incident.
Similar objects, pulsated near ground. Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually. They departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Two objects were observed by four male witnesses, two of them an experienced observors, for over 60 minutes. Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 333: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
