Calif. Central Al incident.
Near collision with luminous object looking like wing without fuselage. An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One luminous wing-shaped object was observed by two experienced male witnesses for six seconds (Hardin). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
