Bright beams pointing in all directions. Hovered 200m from road, 30 feet altitude near lake. Similar disc seen three times, 5 minutes. apart. Had portholes around equator. Lights went out, craft vanished.
A hovering object was observed. One disc, about 40 feet across, around 500 feet away, was observed by four female witnesses in a residential area for 20 minutes (Godard). A buzzing sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
