Three round, white lights in line. Objects were observed. They buzzed a witness. Three white round objects were observed by two witnesses on the ocean for a few minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 322: Reliable source, firsthand; site visited by persons familiar with the phenomena; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
