13 December 1969 Night Kahoka E, Missouri, USA 
Ovoid UFO makes erratic maneuvers. Nocturnal lights circle the main object and flash colors. Flies to the east and descends.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. One multi-colored ovoid object was observed by two male experienced witnesses on a farm for two minutes (Benjamin). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
