Electromagnetic effect: headlights dimmed. Saucer hovered over one of two cars, object rocked gently while pacing vehicle. After few minutes few away.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One disc was observed by two female experienced witnesses on the shore.
