Physiological effect. Chief of police driving patrol car, car interior suddenly illuminated by white light, saw disc overhead, shape WWI helmet with blue-green dome, revolving red band. 10 feet beam. Odor.

An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. One multi-colored domed disc was observed in clear weather by one experienced male witness (as reported to the police) and others on the prairie for 20 minutes (Jantzen; Janzen).
