Car engine stalls. Saw lights ahead in road. When crested small hill they were gone. Engine missed at times, then saw cigar-shaped, green-white luminous object pacing car just above trees. Drove 80mph
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One luminous cigar-shaped object, about 40 feet across, was observed by one experienced male witness on a highway (Rose, J). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
