Compass deflection: Compass spun wildly. Electromagnetic effect: three cars electrical system died for 30 minutes. Temp gauge dropped in one car, hood of another could not be opened.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Traces found. Multiple independent witnesses. An unidentified object at close range (with physical effects) was observed by seven witnesses on a road for 30 minutes (Redshaw). A noise was heard.

Vallee rating: AN2: Anomalies which do have lasting physical effects. i.e. poltergeists, materialized objects, areas of flattened grass, corn circles.
