In Fall 1967 19:45 Ithaca, New York, USA 
Little man report, no UFO. Fisherman encountered 3' tall being, wore black diver suit with helmet. Face was brown, no hair. Gestured swimming and drinking motions, made words in unknown language.
Little men observed. Several red-orange domed oval objects, about 20 feet across, were observed by two male witnesses on a river for a few seconds (Moses). A humming sound was heard. One 3-foot-tall dwarf, wearing a black diver's suit, was seen.
