Star-shaped UFO in skies above Okehampton. Seen to descend very low, as if preparing to land in the area.
Unidentified objects were sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. Three stars were observed by two male witnesses, one of them an experienced observor, as reported to the police, for a few minutes (Willey, R). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky.
