Cigar shaped object makes sudden stop over forest, tilts, emits objects. Shot up.
Cigar-shaped objects were observed. They departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. More than one cigar-shaped object was observed by three witnesses in a forest. Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
