Domed disc at low altitude, rim pulses, bottom spins. Makes hissing sound when it passes overhead.
An object was sighted by multiple independent witnesses that had an appearance and aerobatic performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One red dome-shaped object was observed by a male experienced witness (as reported to the police) on a farm for 11 minutes (Courson). A hissing sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
