Fog. Animal reaction: dog frightened. Vehicle encounter UFO pursued car, landed in woods. Something zoomed out directly at car, shone two white beams of light through back window. UFO followed home.Mist
An object was observed from a car. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One multi-colored disc, about 20 feet across, was observed by three female witnesses, one of them an experienced observor, in the suburbs for a few seconds (Drzonek). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 323: Reliable source, firsthand; site visited by persons familiar with the phenomena; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
