Compass deflection. Dogs yelped, object flew low and fast, light went out, object dropped to ground. High-pitched whine with undertone hum later for 30 seconds. 15' diameter ice area, caused compass to spin.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Animal reactions to the object were reported. Traces found. One green ball was observed by one female witness (Dern; Kohler).
