Bright light like satellite but pulsating every 1-2 seconds, surrounding glow or bubble of 15 degree diameter. to the west, autopilot unstable during observation, Radio frequency reception bad.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One object was observed by more than four witnesses on the ocean for eight minutes.
