Satellite objects. Hovering luminous yellow cigar-shaped object emitted smaller glowing objects that moved around independently.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. Four yellow cigar-shaped objects were observed by two witnesses, a married couple, on the shore for 90 minutes (Macgilvary, Ronald). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
