Flock of pigeons struck down by "whining, crackling, rasping, droning" mysterious force, rigor mortis rapid.
Reported encounter with monstrous beings. An animal mutilation was observed by three witnesses in a city (Bye). A noise was heard.
Hynek rating: AM: Animal mutilation reports (other than cattle)
Vallee rating: AN5: Anomalous reports of injuries and deaths. i.e. SHC (spontaneous human combustion), unexplained wounds as well as permanent healing that results from a paranormal experience.
