Project Blue Book "unidentified" case. Yellow-orange light, shaped like the bottom of a ball (hemisphere), was spotted in a field and chased down the road for two miles.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One yellow-orange dome-shaped object was observed by one male witness on a farm for a few minutes (Shaw, H C). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 333: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
