Metallic domed disc 1000 feet altitude, came down over canal. Hose took water from canal. Electromagnetic effect: car stalled. Voice message.
An object was seen that departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred.
